Land Acquisitions

As a result of sustained business growth, we are continually seeking to acquire new properties suitable for development in key growth centres in Queensland and Northern NSW.

The Neumann Group has operational business units and operations extending from Bundaberg in central Queensland to the Lower Hunter region in New South Wales and hence we are able to establish a development presence in most regional centres without difficulty.

Neumann Properties is not restricted to opportunities in just the south east Queensland geographic area and are actively seeking property development potentials in recognised growth areas.

Our main focus for acquisitions is land suitable for development as residential (rural or urban) or industrial estates. We have a flexible approach in terms of the size and type of project and will consider any site which can demonstrate good development returns. Sites with or without development approval are of interest; as long as the location is right, the end product is in demand, the purchase price is realistic and the returns are favourable.

We are in the position to purchase development sites outright or develop properties under a joint venture arrangement with land owners. We have a successful track record of joint ventures which has resulted in joint venture partners achieving financial returns which may not have been achieved with an outright sale.
