"Little Ridge Estate" – Narangba

"Little Ridge" estate is a boutique 32 lot residential "infill" subdivision in the evolving community of Narangba. Lots range in size from 600m2 to 950m2 with all lost sold off-the-plan. The estate is within close proximity to all local amenities, shopping centre and train station.

Civil works construction is complete and all lots are under contract. Builders should commence works on the housing phase in early April 2008.
