"Kalimna" - Tallebudgera Valley

This site was formerly a quarry, and was rehabilitated to create 40 prestige park residential allotments, which sold out quickly at premium prices.

The estate was highly acclaimed in the 2004 UDIA Awards for Excellence for parkland residential development.
